One of W's big claims in the 2000 election was that he would be
the "Education President", that he had pulled off a "miracle" in
Texas by lowering dropout rates and raising test scores, and he
could do the same nationwide.
Well surprise surprise, the Texas Miracle was just another one
of W's many lies.
